For Microsoft 365 accounts, go to account.live.com/password/reset. For other systems, contact us and we'll walk you through it or reset it for you.

Try these steps first: 1) Restart your computer. 2) Close any programs you're not using. 3) Check for Windows updates. If it's still slow after that, submit a ticket and we'll take a look.

Open the VPN client that was set up on your computer, enter your credentials, and click Connect. If you don't see the VPN client or need help, submit a ticket or call us.

Yes! Click "Launch WebGuy Connect" on our support page. The Splashtop SOS portal supports Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS devices.
